1. Educational use only — not medical advice

Home or Hospital provides general educational information about first aid and deciding the right level of care. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose, or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Content is simplified and may not fit your specific situation; verify against current professional guidance.

2. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or current, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its content. You use the app at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions.

4. Subscriptions

The app offers an optional auto-renewing Pro subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation, and the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account or the in-app Customer Center. Prices are shown before purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or rely on it in place of emergency services or professional care.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
